“We are very proud of Tyler, Drew, Stowe, Sean, Quinn, and Buck”, McLean
coach John Thomas said. “These guys have all put very solid seasons
together and they are very deserving recipients of All-District. Tyler is
making 1st team for the second straight year, and that’s
something not many players accomplish. We also feel really good for Drew,
who is making 1st team in a league with some outstanding
pitchers, a year after injuring his arm. Stowe and Sean have done really
nice jobs for us all year and we’re thrilled to see them get some
recognition. Sean was the only freshman to make 1st or 2nd
team, and that is a nice accomplishment. Quinn has really come on for us in
the 2nd half of this season, and Buckley has swung the bat for us
very, very well all season long. Our whole program is really happy to see
these six players be recognized.”
