Coach Ayoub is entering his 3rd season as a
member of the McLean High School coaching staff and his 2nd
season as the Junior Varsity head coach. Coach Ayoub’s 2007 JV squad
finished the season 8-6, good for a third place tie in the Liberty
District. Prior to joining the Highlander coaching staff, Coach Ayoub spent
two seasons as an assistant at Madison High School.
Coach Ayoub is a 1997 graduate of Marshall High School,
where he spent four years as in infielder for the Statesmen. Coach Ayoub
batted over .400 during the 1997 season and was an All-District selection.
Coach Ayoub is a 2001 graduate of George Mason University where he earned a
degree in Physical Education. He is currently a PE teacher at Herndon High
School and resides in Ashburn, VA.
