Coach Bieler is returning for his second year as Junior Varsity Assistant coach. Last year, he spent his time as a volunteer. This year Mike will be working as the hitting coach, Outfielders and catchers. Coach Bieler graduated from Langley High School 1998 where he played football, baseball and basketball. Mike attended Montgomery Junior College and played one year of football.
Coach Bieler played for Coach Pahl as a Little Leaguer and has been friends ever since. Mike has coached with Coach Pahl for 6 years. He worked with him in Vienna Little League during a few of their championship teams, Madison Junior Varsity, Mustangs and now the McLean Hitmen.
Professionally, Mike is currently employed at TASC on a contract that supports TSA Headquarters where he is responsible for inspecting security equipment and procedures across US Airports.
For three years (2005 through 2007), Coach Bieler worked at Velocity Sports Performance in Ashburn where he ran the middle school and high school off-season strength and conditioning programs for football and baseball teams.
