The McLean Highlanders wrapped up their 2008 regular
season the week of May 5th with losses to WT Woodson and
Langley. With the two games, McLean finishes the regular season with an
overall record of 14-6, and a Liberty district mark of 9-5, good for a tie
for 2nd place.
McLean is set to begin Liberty District tournament play
on their home field as the #4 seed on Wednesday, May 14th at 6:30
PM. The Highlanders will take on the winner of WT Woodson vs. Thomas
Jefferson, which is set for Tuesday, May 13th at WT Woodson High
School.
